CA-Assisted Implementation

Can your books tell you where the cash went?

The FinLytTech Solutions read the books you already keep: Tally, Zoho, ERPNext, any ERP via API, or an Excel drop zone. They read best when those books are set up for decisions as well as for compliance. CA-Assisted Implementation gets yours there in one structured engagement, led by a Chartered Accountant from our partner network.

What does the engagement actually cover?

Six workstreams make up the standard programme. Your Partner CA scopes each one to your business, your history and the Solution you plan to run.

Ledger architecture

Clean grouping, proper Sundry Debtors and Creditors classification, sensible expense buckets. Every figure then rolls up correctly from the first sync.

Cost-centre framework

Cost centres set up for the way your business actually runs, by branch, project or vertical, so P&L analytics can read each segment on its own.

Bill-wise outstanding setup

Receivables and payables tied to invoice references. Who owes you and who you owe then show up party by party, with ageing that matches the ledger.

GSTIN tagging and reconciliation

Every party tagged with its GSTIN and every voucher with the right rate, so potential statutory liabilities can land on the Finance Calendar on the date they fall due.

FinLytTech onboarding

The connector for your books: a small TDL file inside Tally, the standard API for Zoho or ERPNext, the REST adapter for another ERP, or the Excel drop zone. Then the first sync and a walkthrough of your Solution.

Guided first close

Your Partner CA stays alongside through your first month-end on the platform, checking entries and verifying what the Solution shows until your team runs it on its own.

Who does the work on your books?

Chartered Accountants in independent practice, empanelled with FinLytTech and familiar with how the platform reads a ledger, so the setup is built for the questions you want answered.

Two clear relationships

Your service contract for the implementation work sits with the Partner CA firm, an independent practice empanelled with FinLytTech. Your FinLytTech subscription sits separately with us, for the software.

This keeps the accountancy engagement within the framework set out by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The professional responsible for how your books are configured is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

What you end up with: books set up to answer where the cash came from, where it went, who owes you, who you owe and what is due this week, and a platform that reads them correctly from the first sync.

After implementation, each named user runs on the Solution that fits the question: Cashflow Analytics · ₹1,000, Business Decisions · ₹5,000 or Capital Access · ₹10,000, per login per month. See pricing.

Are you a practising CA? Join the Partner Network.
